Susan earned her undergraduate degree in Music from Florida State University and her MBA degree in Finance from Texas A&I University. She has over 34 years of experience in the financial services industry. Including her past positions as Vice President in the Wealth Management Division of two major banks, and has been affiliated with the firm for 14 years. She has worked extensively in the areas of investment portfolio allocation, financial goal setting, charitable and estate planning, and retirement plan designs. She has spoken at numerous workshops, forums, and seminars giving financial advice to individuals.
Susan is committed to serving her community, primarily by taking an active role in mentoring programs for youth in challenging situations. In addition, she has served on the Boards of the Virginia Beach SPCA, the local Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the Tidewater Estate Planning Council. She loves to travel with her husband, Bill, and enjoys a variety of activities including gardening, biking, boating, and cooking. Her newest endeavors are golf and ballroom dancing.
