Ryan White joined Virginia Asset Management in 2026, bringing a global perspective shaped by more than a decade of living and working in Berlin, Germany from 2014 to 2025. He is deeply passionate about helping people and communities thrive and carries that commitment into his work by guiding organizations toward thoughtful, effective employee group benefit solutions.
Ryan specializes in supporting small to mid-sized businesses, helping employers attract, retain, and care for their teams through customized, practical benefits strategies. He focuses on delivering solutions that strengthen workplace culture while promoting long-term organizational sustainability. He holds a Virginia Life, Annuity & Health license and believes that well-designed benefits play a vital role in building resilient workplaces and healthy communities.
Originally from Alaska, where much of his family still resides, Ryan developed a lasting appreciation for community, adaptability, and the outdoors. He now lives in Short Pump, Virginia, with his wife and their two daughters. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys cycling with the Richmond Area Bicycling Association, playing board games, and spending time outdoors with his family.
