Harley is a graduate of Dickinson College where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. During his four years in Carlisle, PA, Harley was a four-year letterman and two-time All-Conference pitcher for the Red Devils baseball team, earning the honors of team captain his senior year.
Harley focuses his practice on corporate advising and comprehensive financial planning for business owners and executives. He has a tremendous passion for helping business owners efficiently care for their employees through well-designed benefits programs and qualified retirement plans, all while taking a comprehensive approach to plan for the business’s future generation upon exiting the business. Harley also works with executives and their families transitioning from one life stage to another, through creating sound financial strategies to help them pursue their goals.
Harley holds his Series 7 and 66 registrations, and is Life/Health/Annuity and Long-Term Care insurance licensed. His practice specializes in business succession and continuation strategies, executive compensation approaches, comprehensive personal financial planning, 401(k) and profit-sharing plans, and insurance tax strategies*.
Harley is a native of Deltaville, VA, and an avid golfer and boater. In his spare time, he can be found on a golf course, out on his boat, or cheering on his Penn State Nittany Lions in the fall.
