Greg Pugh is the Director of Brokerage and Risk Operations for Virginia Asset Management. He joined the company in May 1999 with the Benefit Resource Group division as a Marketing Associate. Greg became the Manager of the Resource Center in October 2000 and promoted to Director, Benefits Resource Center in 2004. He became the Director of Brokerage and Risk Operations at the beginning of 2018.
Prior to coming to Virginia Asset Management, Greg worked for Shenandoah Life Insurance Company in their group sales/marketing department. He started in the insurance industry in 1995 with Prudential in Roanoke, VA.
Greg graduated from Virginia Tech in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management. Greg actively serves in the Army Reserve. He resides in Aylett, Virginia with his wife and children.
