Duncan is a graduate of James Madison University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Economics. During his time at JMU, he was an active member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity, serving as Grand Treasurer and taking on leadership responsibilities within the organization.
Duncan joined Virginia Asset Management as an intern in the summer of 2025, where he developed a strong interest in the financial planning profession and the meaningful impact advisors can have on the lives of their clients. Following graduation, he returned to Virginia Asset Management to begin his career in wealth management.
He is passionate about helping individuals and families work toward their financial goals and is eager to continue expanding his knowledge and experience within the industry. Duncan's long-term goal is to become a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and build a practice focused on serving others with integrity, trust, and personalized guidance.
Outside of work, Duncan enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and relaxing by the pool or at the beach.
