Carmen graduated from Radford University with a B.S. in Business Management and in 1986 she became one of the original members of Virginia Asset Management. Carmen prides herself on forming professional relationships with businesses and individual clients and making a difference in their lives. She operates primarily out of the South Hill office, along with Steve Tanner and Michael Pugh.

Carmen lives in South Hill, VA. with her husband, where she is a member of the South Hill Chamber of Commerce and the South Hill United Methodist Church. She enjoys snow skiing in the Winter and spending time at Buggs Island Lake with family and friends in the Summer.
