Kirsten Gerczak

Kirsten joined the firm in 2020 as an Operations Specialist and supports Mike Sanson, CFP®, Gaurav “G” Shrestha, CFP®, and Chris Kitchen, CFP®. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Management from Longwood University. She assists with the coordination of financial planning, investment advisory, and risk management services for existing and new client relationships. 

Born and raised in Bluemont, VA, she moved to the Richmond area in 2019. In her free time, Kirsten enjoys exploring and getting to know the unique neighborhoods of the city, drinking good coffee, and spending time at the river with her family. With a long-standing passion for helping people and making a difference in their lives, Kirsten’s client centered ideals embody the principles of our firm.
