Dale Baker has over thirty years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Virginia Asset Management, he worked in numerous sales, sales management and executive positions with Prudential, both locally and nationally. A skilled decision-maker, Dale values the ability to establish and maintain relationships. His principle centered values approach to identifying financial priorities for businesses, professionals, and executives is refreshing in today’s product focused, quick-fix solution driven environment. Dale’s education did not stop with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois in 1965. He received his professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He is currently enrolled in a Masters of Financial Services program at the same institution. Dale is active in industry and community organizations; his commitment to “give something back” has allowed him to serve in top leadership positions throughout his career. A resident of Midlothian, Virginia, Dale lives with his wife, Judi, a fifth grade teacher at Robious Elementary School. His two adult children pursue their careers in Virginia and Tennessee. Dale’s hobbies and interests include tennis, skiing, aerobic exercise, travel, photography and Outer Banks relaxation.
