Opportunities for New Advisors

Though our hiring process is quite selective we are always seeking entrepreneurial, energetic individuals to contribute to the growth and success of our firm. New Advisors are offered a three year training and development program which provides monthly training compensation plus commissions and fees to help transition you into the business. Our mentoring program positions seasoned Advisors and Field Directors who share their experience in developing the next generation of financial services professionals.

Our unique value proposition allows you to build your own financial advisory practice within the context of our firm. With our support, both financially and in terms of training, you will be able to help people reach their financial goals via insurance products, investment opportunities and portfolio creation and management.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Analytical skills to evaluate client needs and make appropriate recommendations

Obtain and pass:

  • Series 7; Series 66; Virginia Life, Health & Annuity License 
  • Credit and Criminal Background Check

Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
